Matcha Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk (Cha's)
- 2 banana halves
- 2 tsp of matcha (Jo Anne's Place)
- 1 1/2 tbsp of honey (Jo Anne's Place)
- 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen) (Stahlbush Island Farms for frozen)
- 2 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of ice
Throw all ingredients into your blender and blend until combined - Enjoy!

Sunny-D Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk (Cha's)
- 3/4 an orange
- 3/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) (Stahlbush Island Farms for frozen)
- 2 banana halves
- 2 tbsp of goji berries (Jo Anne's Place)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract (Simply Organic)
- 2 drops of Vitamin D3 (Tinctures from Natural Factors & Prairie Naturals are great for this)
- 1 scoop of ice
Throw all ingredients into your blender and blend until combined - Enjoy!
