As part of the wellness industry, we are especially grateful for the Indigenous knowledge, ceremonies, and traditional medicine that are responsible for the wellness practices we have today. Our understanding of plant and mineral medicines and therapies has been passed down through generations, and we are incredibly grateful to share in it as it continues to help so many people on a daily basis live healthier lives.
