We are glad to be able to continue to offer our services to the community. All 3 of our locations are open and you do not need to make an appointment but can drop in anytime within store hours.

Do you offer a pick up or delivery services?
We are pleased to offer curbside pickup at all 3 locations. See details & place your order. We do not currenly offer a delivery service.
Do you have an online product directory?
We do not have an online product directory. You can however see what departments we offer as well as a store tour here, check out our private line of supplements and essential oils here, and our value price items, Jo Anne’s Place Essentials here. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard.
We also sell gift cards in our stores.
How do I apply for a job?

Is all your fresh produce organic and local?
All of our fresh fruits & veggies are certified organic! Whenever possible we support local growers and producers.
Is Jo Anne’s Place a family business?
Yes we are! We were founded by Jo Anne Fallaise, wife & mother, in 1976 and are now owned by her daughter, Margo Hudson. Read our story here.
What should I do if I can’t get through on the phone?
We apologize for this inconvenience. We have one incoming phone line at each store location. If you cannot get through, it means we are either with another customer or on the phone. Your inquiry is important to us, so please try again. Alternatively, we encourage you to send us an email.
Where is your new cafe and what do you sell?
Our new cafe, ’76 Sips, is located inside of our 1260 Lansdowne St. West, Peterborough location. ’76 Sips Café is your convenient source for nutrition on the go, offering everything from smoothies to sandwiches. Check out our ’76 Sips page for full details including our brand new menu!
What does certified organic mean?
Certified organic means that a food product or animal has been grown or raised in the most natural way possible, without use of GMOs (genetically modified organisms), nanotechnology, hormones, antibiotics, artificial preservatives and colors, synthetic chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, sewage sludge or irradiation. By choosing organic, you are not only preserving your own health, but protecting our planet. We are proud to carry a great variety of products that are certified organic!
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes we do! We call it JP Rewards (JP is short for Jo Anne’s Place) and you can sign up anytime at any of our locations using just your name and phone number.
