Placing Your Order

 

To place your order for pickup: Complete your order form below for our Lindsay location.

Be specific: When creating your product list, please include product name, size, quantity, and any other relevant information. We will fill your order based on what’s currently available. Please allow up to 48 hours from Monday to Friday for us to respond to your order.

Once your order is ready: Our staff will reach out to you to confirm your order and finalize payment. At this time, we only accept credit card payments over the phone.

Picking up your order: We will provide details in regards to pickup when we call to confirm your order.

 

*Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of confirmation. A restocking fee of 10% of your purchase will be applied if the order is not picked up within this time frame.

 

If you would like to pick up your order from one of our other locations, please visit their order pages: Lansdowne location or Water St. location.

At this time, we do not have an online catalog of our products. Jo Anne's Place offers an inventory of grocery store staples featuring certified organic produce, meat, eggs, dairy, baking products, frozen foods, gluten-free foods, vegan options, and more. We also stock natural body care, cosmetics, and supplements including vitamins, digestive aids, protein powders and more. If you are not familiar with our products and our stores, please be as specific as possible about the products you would like to order.
