Eating for the Season: Spring Edition

Did you know that our bodies crave and need specific food in each season of the year? Eating based on the season can optimize your health and set you on a path to overall wellness. It can also help address issues such as: year-round illness, fatigue, poor digestion and more. We are offering this nourishment program to help you make the switch to eating for the season!
During this 4-week program, you will have access to our registered nutritionist, Marissa Laughlin, to help you make positive changes to your wellness routine and live in harmony with the season.
This program includes:
MEAL PLANS: This weekly detailed and budget-friendly meal plan is complete with a shopping list, and nutrient-dense and dietary-friendly recipes perfect for spring.
INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION SESSION: Wednesday March 11th at Jo Anne’s Place, 1260 Lansdowne Street West
DISCOUNTS: All participants who attend the Introductory Information Session will be eligible for a unique Bundle Discount Offering on supplements that are recommended to support your immunity and well-being throughout the season.
CHECK-IN’S: These weekly sessions, in person and online, will provide you with more program details and additional Q&A time to support you and the collective group throughout the 4 weeks.

If you can’t make it in person, you can join our online zoom call that will happen the following day in the morning or mid afternoon.
