Did you know that our bodies crave and need specific food in each season of the year? Eating based on the season can optimize your health and set you on a path to overall wellness. It can also help address issues such as: year-round illness, fatigue, poor digestion and more. We are offering this nourishment program to help you make the switch to eating for the season!
During this 4-week program, you will have access to our registered nutritionist, Marissa Laughlin, to help you make positive changes to your wellness routine and live in harmony with the season.
MEAL PLANS: This weekly detailed and budget-friendly meal plan is complete with a shopping list, and nutrient-dense and dietary-friendly recipes perfect for each season.
CHECK-IN’S: These weekly sessions, in person and online, will provide you with the program details with additional Q&A time to support you and the collective group throughout the 4 weeks.
