During the four week “Eating for the Season” program Marissa Laughlin, our nutritionist, will show you how eating nutritious food will help support your immune system and overall well-being. Each week you will receive a new quick, easy, budget-friendly meal plan. The focus will be on recipes that are low-sugar, gluten-free, dairy-free, high in vitamin A and vitamin C, easily digested, with flexible dietary options.

You will also receive:

– advice on the best supplements to use during the season

– access to the private accountability Facebook Group with the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals looking to improve their health

Enjoy this program from the comfort of your own home. We will meet weekly for a Zoom call as we progress through the program to help everyone stay accountable, share experiences, ask questions and to learn about the upcoming week’s program content.
