’76 Sips’ Sunrise Muffins were a staff favourite when they launched earlier this year, and we are happy to share the recipe with you below. They make for a nutritious breakfast on the go or a great addition to your child’s lunchbox!
1 Cup Gluten Free Flour 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour 2 Tsp Baking Soda 1/4 Tsp Ginger 2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Salt 3 Eggs 1/3 Cup Avocado Oil 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/3 Cup Plain Yogurt 1/3 Cup Orange Juice 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 Apple Shredded 1 3/4 Cup Carrots Shredded 1/2 Cup Raisins 1/2 Cup Walnuts 1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut
1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
2. Using a whisk, combine sugar and oil. Mix Well!
3. Add eggs, orange juice, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well!
