Fermented Wrap

Want the benefits of fermented foods but unsure of how to use them? Here’s one example of how to incorporate sauerkraut or kimchi in this delicious lunch wrap. Improving your gut health has never been simpler, or more delicious!

Serves: 1
Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • kimchi or sauerkraut
  • fresh sprouts
  • sprinkling of hemp hearts
  • 1/2 of a fresh red pepper
  • Sunflower Kitchen’s babaghanouj
  • fresh spinach
  • Wrap-it-up Raw Wraps


Cut up the vegetables, spread babaghanouj on the wrap, then place spinach, sprouts, & sauerkraut before adding hemp hearts & peppers. Fold wrap & enjoy!
