Raspberry Cream Delight

This smoothie is more like a breakfast dessert! We’re especially big fans of the coconut whipped cream. Give it a try this Valentine’s Day!


  • 1 cup of frozen organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries *optional
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup of coconut whipped cream or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • for protein add : a scoop or two of your favourite protein powder or 2 tbsp of hemp seeds


Simply mix all ingredients together, leaving most of the whipped cream to top it. Yum yum yum!!!
