Heart Healthy Bowl

Whether for breakfast, lunch or supper, this bowl is full of omegas, protein and vitamins to make your heart, brain & taste buds happy!

Heart Healthy Bowl - thawed Arctic charr, spinach, and sweet potato


  1. Thawed Arctic charr (earn double rewards till the end of February as a part of Our Five Faves ~ heart health edition)
  2. Fresh spinach
  3. 1 large sweet potato


  1. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  2. 1 tbsp braggs
  3. 1tbsp fresh ginger
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Pinch of black pepper
  7. Pinch of red pepper flakes


  1. Dice the sweet potato and place in pan with a pinch of salt, splash of avocado oil and half cup of water to steam for approx 5 min
  2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour onto fish in dish
  3. Bake skin side down in your oven at 375 for 8-10 min
  4. Enjoy in a bowl with spinach or your favourite raw veggies
