
20 Feb Heart Healthy Bowl

Whether for breakfast, lunch or supper, this bowl is full of omegas, protein and vitamins to make your heart, brain & taste buds happy!

Ingredients:
- Thawed Arctic charr (earn double rewards till the end of February as a part of Our Five Faves ~ heart health edition)
- Fresh spinach
- 1 large sweet potato
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp braggs
- 1tbsp fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions:
- Dice the sweet potato and place in pan with a pinch of salt, splash of avocado oil and half cup of water to steam for approx 5 min
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour onto fish in dish
- Bake skin side down in your oven at 375 for 8-10 min
- Enjoy in a bowl with spinach or your favourite raw veggies
