19 Feb Mum & baby-approved oatmeal bowl
Liven up your oatmeal experience in a way both you and your kids will love!
- 1 cup old-fashioned whole oats
- 2 tbs ground flax seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 pinches of sea or himilayan salt
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 sliced banana
*Optional toppings: chopped nuts, jam, cacao nibs, nut butter, coconut shreds etc.
- Bring all ingredients to a boil.
- Simmer on low, stirring constantly for approx 5 minutes.
- When serving, we topped with chopped almonds, fresh chia jam, organic almond butter & cacao nibs…you do you!
