Mum & baby-approved oatmeal bowl

Liven up your oatmeal experience in a way both you and your kids will love!


  1. 1 cup old-fashioned whole oats
  2. 2 tbs ground flax seed
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 2 pinches of sea or himilayan salt
  5. 1/2 cup nut milk
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. 1 sliced banana

*Optional toppings: chopped nuts, jam, cacao nibs, nut butter, coconut shreds etc.


  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil.
  2. Simmer on low, stirring constantly for approx 5 minutes.
  3. When serving, we topped with chopped almonds, fresh chia jam, organic almond butter & cacao nibs…you do you!
