These frozen, no-bake bars will fulfill your vegan, paleo, gluten-free needs in the most delicious way!
Ingredients
Bottom:
- cup of coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut manna
- tsp peppermint
- 1/4 cup xylitol
Middle:
- Hard part of can of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup organic icing sugar
Topping:
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple (less if you use cocoa)
- Sprinkle of coconut flake

Directions
- Mix bottom layer and press into bottom of pan
- Mix middle layer and freeze on top of bottom layer
- Mix top layer and spread over middle layer, sprinkling coconut on top
- Cut and enjoy when solid!
