Crunchy Granola bites (nut-free)

A crunchy bite of goodness, perfect for a snack or lunch this back-to-school season.

Your kids will love it!

Serves: 12/Prep Time 30 minutes


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unpasteurized honey
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
  • ΒΌ cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Press into a parchment-lined 9X13 baking dish.
  3. Dough will be very dry and crumbly. Press until dough forms in the baking dish.
  4. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until edges are browned. Take out and let cool entirely.
  5. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
