Vegan “Bulletproof” Coffee

Guess what! You don’t need butter to enjoy the brain-boosting benefits of “bulletproof” coffee! Here’s our go-to vegan recipe…


  • 1 cup of fresh / dark / organic / fair-trade coffee
  • 1 Tbs coconut manna
  • 1 Tbs pure MCT oil
  • dash of cinnamon

Blend together until no oil sits on the surface. Add a sweetener like maple syrup or raw cane sugar if you wish but try it first, it tastes amazing as-is.

What is coconut manna? Coconut manna is puréed coconut butter made of pure, dried coconut flesh. This organic superfood is a fantastic butter substitute not just for bulletproof coffee but for really anything you’d use butter for!
