Guess what! You don’t need butter to enjoy the brain-boosting benefits of “bulletproof” coffee! Here’s our go-to vegan recipe…
- 1 cup of fresh / dark / organic / fair-trade coffee
- 1 Tbs coconut manna
- 1 Tbs pure MCT oil
- dash of cinnamon

Blend together until no oil sits on the surface. Add a sweetener like maple syrup or raw cane sugar if you wish but try it first, it tastes amazing as-is.
