Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls can actually be really simple! We love this version in particular because it’s easy to make with stuff you probably already have in your kitchen. It’s low-sugar, vegan, and full of good fats!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup zucchini
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower
  • 2 tbs chia
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh berries
  • 1 tbs cocoa

*Top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, almond butter & banana

Directions

Simply blend together and then arrange the toppings as you like it!
