Milk Power Bites

It’s true that these power bites are amazing for nursing moms in supporting milk supply, but that’s not all! They’re a great source of protein & vitamin Bs, delicious & easy to make!


  • 2 cups whole oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • 3 tbs brewer’s yeast
  • 2 tbs flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 tbs chia
  • Any add-ins like cocoa nibs, vegan chocolate chips, nuts, coconut flakes


In a large bowl mix together the oats, brewer’s yeast & flax before adding the rest of the ingredients. Press together into small balls & enjoy!
